Right at the centre of the open-air patio is a Makrana Marble fountain with seating all around. Carrying the warmth of an old Tuscan villa with lush landscaping, dining in this section takes one to the depths of the Mediterranean.
Our Private Dining Room ties in sequentially with the Cellar experience. The PDR overlooks the entire restaurant while seating no more than twelve people. Like the cellar, butler service for bottles and chefs finishing off dishes from bespoke tasting menus tableside is something to be experienced.
The indoor dining is a mix of subtle splendour, which is both comfortable & stylish. By the gargantuan bar with a brass clad countertop is cozy lounge-style seating and comfortable bar stools.
Lupa’s reclaimed wooden deck juxtaposes the finer details with a more casual and tranquil approach. The high tables, a view of the interior’s expanse and bright hues of the greenery around make it ideal for large groups.
The experience of a live kitchen truly comes alive at Lupa’s pizzeria which houses a grill station as well as the masterpiece for pizza baking – the Pizza master. This section is truly reminiscent of a Tuscan country home.
A first in the country, our temperature-controlled, below-ground Wine Cellar houses two thousand, rare & coveted wines while also seating private groups, serviced by a butler. Available only by prior appointment, it is the perfect proposition for any wine connoisseur.
The kitchen at Lupa is a two-tiered space in line with the quality of the restaurant it services. A European style hot line on the lower level and ancillary production kitchens on a level above looking down into the main cooking line allows Chefs to keep a firm handle and eye on everything.
Much like the restaurant’s interiors, the kitchen too has been built with a strong sense of flow, light, and overall aesthetics. Equipped with both traditional and state-of-the-art equipment, the kitchen at Lupa is geared to fulfil its goal of culinary excellence consistently.
The charcuterie and cheese platters served at Lupa come fresh from the Salumeria that sits as a kitchen of its own under our private dining room. A dedicated experiential Salumeria – as found in Italy’s best Enotecas – displays imported and house-cured meats while a special part of it involves meats being sliced to order with a vintage Berkel.
Right next to the Salumeria is our Gelato Station where we churn fresh gelato every day using our vintage Cattabriga machine that was sourced from Rimini, Italy. With fresh new flavours available every month, the gelateria also has some incredible sundaes on offer.
